660 and 808 Probes

660 Enhancer Probe

This 660 nm healing laser probe is lightweight, portable and powered by the Q1000 hand held unit. The probe is completely safe for use by practitioners and lay people with some basic training. There is no frequency associated with the design of this probe-it uses pure energy cascading through a quartz crystal. The 660 probe emits a soft red laser beam and uses the healing wavelength of 660.

808 Enhancer Probe

A 500 mW infrared laser, powered by the Q1000 laser, donates considerably more amount of joules of energy than the Q1000 and the 660 probe.

Professional users of the 808 probe in clinics in the UK who are not medically recognised, must register their premises with the Health Care Commission, because the 808 is a Class 3B laser.
Where such treatment is carried out by, or under of the supervision of, a healthcare professional there is no need to register. Home use is also exempted from registration.
